Capital Pillars is engaged in the business of providing a loan marketplace platform that connects borrowers with multiple lenders ("Services") for its users ("User", "Users", "you", or "your").
1.2 This Privacy Policy ("Policy") outlines the privacy practices of Capital Pillars with respect to the entire contents of the Platform, including without limitation, the collection, storage, use, processing, and disclosure of Personal Information (as defined below) that you have chosen to share with us when you access the Platform or Personal Information that we may have access to in relation to your use of the Platform and access to our range of Services.

For instance: (a) we may share your information with third-party payment gateway providers to process transactions; (b) we may disclose information to third-party service providers who assist us in increasing the quality and efficiency of Services; or (c) we may share your information with financial institutions and lenders for loan processing and credit assessment. By using the Platform, you consent to such disclosure of your information with third-party service providers.
4.2 We may also disclose your information when such disclosure is requisitioned under any law or judicial decree, or when we deem it necessary to protect our rights or the rights of other Users, to prevent harm to persons or property, to fight fraud, and to manage credit risk.
